- Due to Corona Virus there are no returns or exchanges until further notice.
- Customer pays for return shipping unless we made a mistake on your order (wrong size, wrong material or wrong item) you must contact our Customer Service within 24 hours from the date your item was delivered in order for us to fix that mistake. IF 24 hours have passed unfortunately we will not be able to assist you.
- We must receive the merchandise we are receiving first before we credit you an online code.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for returns to be processed.
- First Time Buyers must provide proof of address on orders of $75 or more.
- We do not cancel or refund orders. If you decide you no longer want the item(s) we will send you an online store credit code.
